Service

We're here for the long ride

Receiving your bike is the beginning of the relationship, not the end of it. Every bike comes with an extended manufacturer’s warranty, along with a network of trained UK dealers ready to support you for as long as you ride.

Keeping your bike at its best

Your vanRaam bike should be inspected by your dealer once a year, or after every 200km, whichever comes first. This is also a condition of your warranty cover, so it's worth keeping a record of each service using the form in your user manual.

Your dealer will check all safety-critical components, make any necessary adjustments, and flag anything that needs attention. Repairs and replacement parts should always use original vanRaam components. Your dealer can order these directly from vanRaam.

Regular servicing helps keep your bike safe, comfortable, and performing as it should, while catching small issues before they become bigger ones.
